Reinventing the Wheel: Microbial Terroir of Cheese & Spirits

Join us for an intimate dinner and discussion with Bronwen and Francis Percival, authors of the important book Reinventing the Wheel. Bronwen is the long time cheese buyer for the legendary London-based cheese shop Neal's Yard Dairy, while Francis is renowned for his writing and expertise on the topic of wine. Over the course of the evening you will taste cheeses unavailable anywhere else in the US and have access to the wit, charm and expertise of the Percivals as they teach us about the importance of microbial life in the creation of our favorite farm cheeses. Dinner will be accompanied by wine and spirits that also evince the importance of microbial life in their production.
