Two young chefs combine their developing voices to create a mixture unlike any you've tried. Experience the unexpected compatibility of diasporic Jewish cuisine from the mind of Spencer Horovitz from Hadeem with takes on traditional Brazilian plates by Bar Agricole's Will Napoli. All of this will be bolstered by the world famous beverage program you've come to expect from Bar Agricole. Highlights will include: Pao de queijo with smoked trout roe, bacalao, sfiha, kibbeh with tahini & lime, chicken liver mousse wth guava jam & challah, picanha with crispy coconut rice, roasted plantain babka and more!
