Low ABV for you and me

Refreshing, lower alcohol drinks and Spanish inspired dinner to combat the heat and enjoy the end of summer.

We are featuring two of our favorite bottles for this event: our amaro and our nebbiolo vermouth. Our focus will be refreshing, long drinks that don't wear you out in this heat and pair particularly well with food. Speaking of which, Will and our sous chef Lemuel, who is just back from Spain, are funneling inspiration into a dinner that will make you feel you're on the Iberian peninsula. Offerings include Salt Cod Fritters, Pan con Tomate, Tinned Fish, Esnsalada Rusa, Fried Padron Peppers, Aioli, Squid, Butter Bean Salad, Patatas, Grilled Eggplant and Lamb Chops with Mint Salsa Verde.
