Gin Fix Cocktail

A sour sweetened with pineapple was once called a fix. This one comes with the gin made for us by St. George Distillery in Alameda. The gin is so bright and floral that it lends itself perfectly to the fair trade pineapples we juice in-house and mix with fresh lemon. We love simple drinks made from great ingredients.
