Harvard Cocktail

Basically a version of the Manhattan Cocktail but with brandy. We dove deep into this recipe, working through many versions until we arrived at this one, a real grown-up drink with California Biodynamic Brandy, Nebbiolo Vermouth, Curaçao, and our orange bitters. Brandy is our favorite brown spirit and we pay tribute to it here.
