Martinez Cocktail

Named for the town in the Bay Area? The precursor to the martini? We feel certain it is the canonical gin drink.  We prefer it to a Negroni, not just  because it is a suitable home for several of our ingredients: the Bar Agricole Gin, the Nebbiolo Vermouth, a Maraschino we helped develop with Leopold Bros and our Orange Bitters, made from the Charles Baker Recipe.
