We are again trading on St. George's credibility but one of our proudest moments was launching their Agricole style rum. This celebration actually coincided with the opening of Bar Agricole at the original location. Lance bottled the remains of one of the casks of that original run. It's as old as we are. Every barrel is it's own universe and this one is no exception. The spirit aged down to a mellow 41% so overproof enthusiasts beware. It's a special bottle, though. Like so many things St George makes it is at once traditional and paradigm shifting. How do they do it? We have 24 of them for you. Nothing is permanent.
