Golden Alpine Amaro

Amari are the colas of the spirits world.  Exquisitely bitter, made from fresh herbs, and delivering alcohol instead of the cocaine that cola once did, the earliest ones must have been bracing. Sadly, like cola, amaro over the last decades has become an industrial beverage laden with caramel and flavored with engineered flavors and industrial sweeteners.  This amaro is sweetened only with honey and is free of all colorants, extracts, essences, industrial alcohols and sugars. It will augment your mixed drink and will not cloy if you choose to have a shot.  We are grateful to the house of Bordiga for their collaboration.
