Kilchoman, 100% Islay Malt, Single Cask

This Islay Scotch is an almost unheard-of example of a whiskey whose producer grew and fermented the barley, then distilled and bottled it as a single malt, all on the island of Islay.  This cask is one of only two that Kilchoman provided to retailers in 2021 which makes us very proud to sell it.  The 100% Islay Scotch is at once avant-garde and deeply traditional,  a time machine empowering us to enjoy how Scotch may have tasted many years ago. Furthermore, it is a show-stopper, honeyed and maritime after resting in a second fill bourbon cask.
