Lalocura, Pechuga Single Run Mezcal, Bar Agricole Celebration

We are proud of this collaboration with Eduardo Javier Angeles Carreño (Lalo), one of our favorite distillers in the world. He and his team at Lalocura have made this lovely pechuga to celebrate the reopening of Bar Agricole. We applaud the decision to forgo certification and simply refer to their beautiful spirits as what they are, destilados de agave. Over the years, we have learned so much from our visits with Lalo who is a staunch conservator of the tradition of agave distillates as well as of the agave plant itself. We hope this is the first of many collaborations with this significant producer.
