Leopold Bros 5yr Three Chamber Rye Whiskey, Cask #56, Bottled In Bond

We’ve had front row seats for the evolution of this paradigm shifting whiskey.  From Todd first sharing unearthed blueprints for this still no one had built in decades, to the installation of said still, to the first taste of the white dog in 2016, we’ve been holding our breath for the Leopold Brothers who took a great risk in bringing this whiskey to market.  Yes, a little like saying I was into that band before you but we want to emphasize that we’ve supported them unequivocally for the last fifteen years and we will continue to because they are a force for good in the fraught realm of distilling.  We all took a deep breath when we tasted the first release.  Each of the three chambers extracts wildly different qualities, like tasting in an extra dimension.
