Rezpiral, Single Run Destilado de Agave, Verde, Tio Chico

We love Rezpiral and its steward, Alex White, because this collective does so much right:  from farming always from seeds to practising communal agriculture to sharing profits. This spirit was the last one distilled by craftsman, Tio Chico before he died. Sr. Chico distilled it from an agave of the Verde variety that is truly wild.  As enthusiasts, we know that what we call wild is actually cultivated.  more importantly, it tastes like its name: the color green.
