Starting with green walnuts from the wise old trees of Mama Tree Farm in Ojai, we’ve tried to make a traditional and simple nocino. The walnuts were oxidized and integrated with biodynamic sugar and a regenerative farmstead spirit made in California. It’s great in drinks, neat or over ice cream.
